The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, KEVA by Keva J ships merchandise to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

    All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground within one business day of placing the order.  We try our best to ship orders the same day, as long as they are placed by 2:00PM Eastern Time M-F.



  • Sales Tax

  • KEVA by Keva J only charges sales tax for orders with a shipping address in the state of New York.  Orders shipping to all other states do not have sales tax charges.



  • Return Policy

  • There are no returns, exchanges only within 10 days of purchase. Suit must be returned in original condition. Tags must be attached and sani-liners in place. If suit is sent back soiled there will be a $25 fee and the suit will be returned to customer.
